AI QA, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy for AI-assisted testing, deploying agents to carry out unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Create agile QA pipelines that utilize tools such as Claude Code for static analysis and the automatic repair of failing tests.

• Incorporate QA into Spec-Driven Development, guaranteeing that specifications (Spec-Kit/BMAD) automatically produce acceptance criteria and test suites.

• Maintain cross-platform quality and uniformity between mobile (iOS/Android) and backend systems through AI-validated contracts.

• Guide the team in AI-Assisted QA, fostering prompt engineering practices relevant to testing and data curation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in test automation and QA strategies for mobile and backend systems.

• Practical experience with agile tools (Claude Code or similar) utilized throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Understanding of Spec-Driven Development and its connection to automation suites.

• Capability to lead Shift-Left processes, ensuring quality is integrated with AI from the product definition stage onward.
