📋 Description

• Assess and choose game concepts from an existing pool or generate new ideas for games, focusing primarily on the puzzle genre.

• Utilize a data-driven approach to inform product decisions by integrating analytics, practical reasoning, and creative insights.

• Formulate hypotheses based on the data available and design experiments to validate these hypotheses.

• Establish and uphold product quality standards while fostering a player-first culture within the team.

• Balance player requirements with business goals when making product-related decisions.

• Ensure that production processes are in sync with business objectives and operational necessities.
