This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ This is a hybrid position for an individual eager to advance their career in Product Management while maintaining a strong focus on technical delivery.
β’ 70% Project Management / Delivery: Ensuring Jira is well-organized, facilitating development, removing obstacles for the team, and guaranteeing full predictability regarding timelines and risks.
β’ 30% Product Management: Gaining insight into the product ecosystem, mapping feature dependencies, defining the roadmap, asking the right questions to stakeholders, and suggesting strategic solutions.
β’ Keep the Jira backlog as the definitive source of information (accurate descriptions, clear priorities, and active dependencies).
β’ Plan capacity and forecast timelines utilizing Jira Plans (Advanced Roadmaps).
β’ Actively identify and address delivery risks and delays early in the process.
β’ Assist developers daily through technical clarifications, resource reallocation, or escalation.
β’ Conduct structured, focused standups and maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence (requirements, architectural decisions, task links).
β’ Take ownership of the product structure, comprehending how features are interconnected across various internal systems.
β’ Develop and justify the product roadmap (what we build, in what sequence, and the rationale behind it).
β’ Proven Delivery Record: Substantial practical experience in technical project management. Certifications without practical experience will not be considered.
β’ Advanced Jira Proficiency: Expertise in Tasks, Epics, Links, Workflows, and Jira Plans for effective top-down prioritization (blocks/relates/depends).
β’ Deep Delivery Control: Capability to roughly estimate development effort, remain "within the task context," and address root causes of blockers instead of merely logging them.
β’ Logical Clarity: Ability to articulate a task's logic and workflow to anyone without depending on developers. If the task is not understood, it will not proceed to production.
β’ High Autonomy: A self-motivated mindset with robust critical thinking, prepared to work flexible hours initially to achieve ambitious goals. Success is measured by output and results, not tracked hours.
β’ Nice to Have: Experience in Fintech, PSP, or High-Risk payment sectors.
β’ Nice to Have: Experience collaborating with distributed international teams.
β’ Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of financial metrics and unit economics.
