• Collaborate with functional stakeholders and technical teams to define the project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status reports for all ongoing AI initiatives.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocations, and vendor relationships as necessary.
• Identify, monitor, and alleviate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact and accountability for internal AI projects, encompassing process automation, AI-assisted analytics, document intelligence, and productivity tools.
• Coordinate with IT, legal, compliance, and business unit leaders to ensure the secure implementation of AI solutions in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of AI projects in collaboration with the Corporate Operations leadership team.
• Assist in vendor assessment, pilot design, and proof-of-concept scoping for new AI tools under consideration.
• Over 7 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years leading technology or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects within a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment.
• Skilled in using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of preparing and delivering presentations, executive briefings, and strategic updates to C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
