AI Program/Project Manager – AI/ML Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, scope, dependencies, and risks for AI/ML solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Create and uphold the solution roadmap, prioritized backlog, and deliverables alongside the Engineering team.

• Direct the execution of top-notch AI/ML solutions while adhering to timelines, scopes, and quality benchmarks.

• Prioritize the AI/ML solution roadmap to swiftly deliver high-value MVPs.

• Collect and relay progress, metrics, and key outcomes to leadership, executives, internal partners, and stakeholders.

• Serve as the representative of the program and team in discussions with executives and stakeholders.

• Convert business needs and challenges into precise problem statements and objectives.

• Recognize business challenges and assess the potential, risks, and benefits of AI/ML solutions in conjunction with R&D and Operations.

• Ensure the deployment of models into production and facilitate performance monitoring and optimization.

• Share best practices and collaborate with data science teams throughout the organization.

• Utilize data analytics to enhance program performance and achieve strategic goals.

• Fulfill annual performance review and goal-setting obligations, as well as any assigned special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical product or program management.

• More than 4 years of experience delivering data product solutions within an AI/ML portfolio, ideally in the healthcare sector.

• Proficiency in drafting concise product requirements with defined, measurable success criteria.

• Strong grasp of data engineering and AI/ML project lifecycles.

• Familiarity with data platform ecosystems; experience with Databricks is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to make informed trade-offs.

• Experience in translating intricate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Solid foundation in data engineering and product strategy.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and achieving results.

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a sense of urgency.

• Flexibility to engage with diverse teams across various time zones and geographical areas.
