AI Product Marketing Manager – Growth & Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• AI-Driven Execution: Develop and implement automation models to enhance product research, content creation, and funnel-building processes.

• Product Stewardship: Take full responsibility for the roadmap of dating review products, utilizing data-informed decisions regarding ranking logic and tailored user experiences.

• Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing to improve funnel performance metrics (CTR, CR, EPC, ROI) by leveraging AI-enabled clustering and predictive analytics.

• Technical Exploration: Employ AI tools for in-depth competitor analysis and to pinpoint high-intent traffic opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with PPC, Engineering, and AI teams to expedite feature delivery ahead of market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in Growth/Product Marketing/Product, or over 2 years in MarTech/Performance.

• Engineering/Mathematical Aptitude: You are at ease with data and logical frameworks (a background in Computer Science/Mathematics is a significant advantage).

• AI Enthusiast: You actively use AI to automate your daily tasks and seek to expand its application within a product context.

• Analytical Independence: Familiarity with funnels, performance metrics, and a comprehensive understanding of unit economics.

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Additional advantages include:
