AI Product Manager – B2B SaaS, Martech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• You will take on the role of defining the why, when, and what of the products that the engineering team is developing. This entails leading cross-functional teams with your communication starting from the ideation phase of a product through to its launch.

• Your responsibility will involve creating a product and strategy that aligns with Insider One's vision. You are expected to clearly express the business value to the product team, ensuring they understand the intent behind new products or product releases.

• You will outline the release process and coordinate all necessary activities to successfully bring the product to market.

• Managing and prioritizing product items will be part of your role. You will own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas while continuously benchmarking, monitoring, and understanding market needs, competition, customer/user requirements, and emerging technologies.

• You will define and analyze metrics to assess the performance of features or products, evaluate customer satisfaction levels, and provide suggestions for enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in using and applying Large Language Models, with knowledge of prompt-engineering, evaluation, and tuning.

• Practical experience in building or utilizing LLM-powered agentic solutions.

• Ability to establish and enhance processes that ensure quality and accuracy within conversational AI channels (nice to have).

• A minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS context.

• A Bachelor's Degree from a prestigious university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

• Practical experience in Agile Product Development.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a scheduled timeline.

• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.).

• Experience working with model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.

• Familiarity with building or refining customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms.

• Ability to gather customer requirements, design suitable solutions, and translate these requirements into detailed product specifications.

• Capability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.

• Fluency in both English and Turkish.
