AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the roadmap for essential features of the organic growth platform.

• Conduct ongoing discovery through user interviews, data analysis, and competitor research.

• Spot gaps and opportunities before they become obvious.

• Make prioritization decisions based on user impact and business value.

• Create working prototypes utilizing AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit).

• Collaborate with engineers to refine and deliver production-ready features.

• Transition from concept to testable prototype within hours, not weeks.

• Uphold a high quality standard while working swiftly.

• Monitor competitors meticulously: new features, positioning, and pricing strategies.

• Stay informed about changes in AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI).

• Distill trends into actionable product insights.

• Regularly share intelligence across the team.

• Engage with product analytics tools daily (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).

• Define and monitor key KPIs for your features.

• Conduct experiments and assess their impact.

• Utilize data to eliminate underperforming features.

• Approach from the user's perspective rather than the PM's.

• Focus on friction points and edge cases with great care.

• Advocate for simplicity and clarity in every interaction.

• Test with real users frequently and early in the process.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

• Aid launches with positioning and enablement materials.

• Link customer feedback to product decisions.

• Be ready to assist wherever necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product experience at a fast-paced startup (AI company preferred).

• Practical experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).

• A background in software engineering (ability to read and write code).

• Strong UX instincts: you think from a user's perspective.

• Data-driven mindset: you utilize analytics tools daily, not just weekly.

• High sense of ownership: you identify issues and resolve them proactively.
