AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of critical aspects of Sekai’s consumer product experience, which include creation, discovery, feed experience, sharing, retention, and the engagement of creators and players.

• Transform ambiguous user challenges into well-defined product hypotheses, priorities, requirements, and execution strategies.

• Evaluate user behavior, funnels, retention, engagement, feedback, and product metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement.

• Establish success metrics for product launches and experiments.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, growth, and operations teams to ensure rapid deployment.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, product ideation, data analysis, prototyping, documentation, quality assurance, and execution.

• Clearly communicate priorities, obstacles, trade-offs, decisions, and next steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a closely related field focused on product development.

• Proven experience in building consumer products is essential.

• Strong product intuition and user empathy, particularly in areas such as mobile, social, creator, gaming, entertainment, or content-driven products.

• Proficient in data analytics; comfortable analyzing funnels, retention, engagement, cohorts, experiments, and user behavior.

• Familiarity with AI tools for writing SQL, exploring data, generating analyses, summarizing insights, and making data-driven product decisions.

• Capable of independently investigating product issues using both qualitative feedback and quantitative data.

• Regularly utilizes AI tools in daily tasks, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, or similar tools.

• Skilled at breaking down vague objectives into detailed product plans, metrics, trade-offs, and execution steps.

• Demonstrates strong ownership and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
