This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

đź“‹ Description

• Act as the technical liaison for sales throughout the sales cycle, assisting in determining feasibility, outlining the production path, and establishing a practical engagement framework.

• Manage the strategic and feasibility aspects of technical discussions with prospects and clients, including use case alignment, sequencing, data needs, realistic timelines, and risk assessment.

• Guarantee that what is scoped and sold is deliverable, avoiding commitments that are unrealistic.

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with client stakeholders in active engagements to identify AI use cases, collaborating across departments to grasp pain points, workflows, and data environments.

• Develop and maintain a prioritized use case backlog for each engagement, assessing opportunities based on feasibility, data readiness, and potential business impact.

• Create precise product specifications that convert business challenges into technical requirements for engineering, detailing inputs, outputs, constraints, and success metrics.

• Lead iterative development cycles, collaborating closely with the technical team on prompt engineering and agent design decisions.

• Define what success means for each AI deployment, linking model performance to the business outcomes that matter to the client.

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, ensuring technical teams deliver valuable solutions and business leaders grasp what is achievable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a related field, with direct involvement in AI or ML products.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI systems—understanding the capabilities and limitations of LLMs and agents—and the ability to adapt this knowledge as technology progresses.

• Demonstrated ability to engage in technical discussions with credibility without being an engineer: asking pertinent questions, evaluating feasibility, and recognizing when to escalate issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, straightforward, and devoid of jargon when interacting with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.

• Experience in managing multiple simultaneous client projects or engagements without compromising quality.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive salary (base salary plus performance incentives linked to client outcomes).

• Equity options in a rapidly growing AI services firm.

• Exposure to diverse industries and impactful AI challenges.

• Opportunities for travel for on-site client engagements (if desired).

• A collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to the real-world impact of AI.
