AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy and implementation for vital aspects of Crescendo's customer experience platform, ensuring alignment between product plans and measurable quality as well as business results.

• Leverage contemporary AI tools to create prototypes for agent workflows, enhance prompt structures, and set up comprehensive evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and telemetry to ensure production quality.

• Design the equilibrium between automation and human oversight, which includes establishing escalation paths, workspace tools, auditability, and safety measures.

• Dedicate time to engage with enterprise clients to grasp their constraints, translate user feedback into actionable requirements, and promote feature adoption.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Forward Deployed Experts, and Leadership to synchronize technical architecture, streamline product launches, and manage cross-team dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of Product Management experience in delivering technical enterprise software, developer platforms, or complex workflow automation products.

• Practical experience in AI development, including direct engagement with Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, multi-step orchestration, or tool integration.

• Startup Agility & Ownership: Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage your work, navigate organizational ambiguity, and lead product initiatives from inception to completion in fast-paced environments.

• Technical Acumen: Proficient in delving into technical specifics with engineering teams, including APIs, data models, retrieval methods, tool usage, and evaluation systems.

• Builder Mindset: Hands-on experience utilizing AI coding, prototyping, and modern developer tools to construct working proofs of concept and swiftly validate product concepts.

• Customer-Centric Instincts: Proven track record in transforming complex enterprise customer challenges into clear, scalable product requirements and intuitive workflows.
