AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Participate as a key member of company-wide AI initiatives, guiding projects from inception to implementation — including conducting industry research, defining products, reviewing prototypes, testing with users, and analyzing data post-launch.

• Monitor market trends, assess leading competitors, and analyze on-chain data; generate research memos that support decision-making. Contribute to product design, draft PRDs, oversee project development and launch, and assist in discussions for early-stage ecosystem partnerships.

• Serve as a primary coordinator across multiple simultaneous workstreams — ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and risks to maintain the progress of complex projects.

• Assist in creating internal and external documents, providing bilingual (CN/EN) writing and translation, as well as industry/data insights that directly influence business decisions.

• Regularly utilize AI tools (such as Claude, Cursor, etc.) to enhance personal productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Computer Science (or a related field); preference for senior undergraduate or graduate students. A dual-degree (Finance + CS / AI) is advantageous.

• Fully proficient in both Chinese and English — capable of independently composing memos, emails, and meeting notes in both languages and seamlessly switching between them in bilingual environments.

• A genuine interest and foundational understanding of the field. Prior hands-on trading or on-chain experience is preferred — with the ability to clearly explain your experiences and the rationale behind your decisions.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm and practical engagement in AI, with evidence of personal projects, demonstrations, writing, or contributions on GitHub. A background in HCI or big-data analytics is a plus.

• Self-motivated and methodical — skilled in deconstructing ambiguous problems and progressing independently, while consistently delivering results in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities — proficient in maintaining information flow and progress updates across various teams.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in entrepreneurship, leadership roles in student organizations, or coordinating large-scale events.

• Previous internships with leading tech firms, financial institutions, or Web3 projects.

• Published research or writing contributions (industry reports, detailed articles, newsletters, etc.).

• Personal insights regarding the DeFi landscape or significant crypto products.
