This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend product requirements, strategy, and execution, encompassing development, testing, and feature acceptance.
• Create innovative products and features for our platforms, converting actual business and client operational challenges into scalable and repeatable AI solutions.
• Work with the team and stakeholders to design workflows and interfaces, as well as documentation and discovery processes.
• Prepare project documentation for transition to the Products area, clarifying the integration of AI with our products.
• Establish a clear product vision and synchronize short- and long-term strategies with the company’s goals.
• Manage the expectations and needs of various stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and executive leadership.
• Track product performance metrics to evaluate success and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Define product requirements and features, collaborating closely with design and development teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Prioritize product improvements based on user value and strategic goals, taking into account time limitations and delivery capacity.
• Oversee generative AI projects from inception to delivery, managing the entire product lifecycle both internally and externally.
• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and insights to leadership and teams.
• Act as the Products primary contact for agent-based solutions.
• Promote experimentation with Agent solutions: formulate hypotheses and test value propositions that create new revenue streams from concept and discovery to MVP.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, e-commerce, and/or marketplace products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Project Management and/or Product Management.
• Adaptable, creative, proactive, and flexible.

• Customer-centric approach to ensure solution quality throughout the workflow.
• Experience in digital product roles focusing on customer-oriented initiatives and collaboration with both internal and external teams.
• Product vision: experience in defining and articulating a clear and engaging product vision aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Product discovery: experience in thoroughly understanding issues, new solutions, and innovations outlined in the roadmap, backed by data, design, and engineering. Proficiency in methods for exploring and validating hypotheses to determine what should be developed.
• Results-oriented: capacity to recognize opportunities based on outcomes and critical thinking, recommending adjustments to AI strategies or tactics as needed.
• Knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs) and predictive AI.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Proficient in G Suite (Google Workspace).
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, and/or Miro.
• Knowledge of Kanban and/or Scrum.
• Partnership with Amil for an extended medical plan — enrollment plan with provider contribution.
• TotalPass.
