This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop a deep understanding of the customer. Engage with SMB owners, observe their work processes, and extract insights from the vast data of our existing users β identify the actual problems they face rather than those that are easy for us to address.
β’ Operate based on hypotheses rather than personal opinions. Make informed decisions, craft tests, analyze results candidly even when they are disappointing, and take action.
β’ Take responsibility for the entire funnel and financial outcomes. Be well-versed in activation, conversion, retention, and monetization β know the metrics inside out and actively manage them.
β’ Transform chaos into a valuable product vision. While insights may be easily obtained, making a clear, actionable product decision is not.
β’ Collaborate closely with your engineering team, rather than dictating from above. Utilize AI tools for quick prototyping β whether itβs v0, Cursor, Lovable, or the fastest alternative β and resolve interface issues independently instead of submitting a ticket.
β’ Deliver results in days, not quarters. Turn ideas into tangible products for users within about a week, and repeat the process.
β’ Exude the enthusiasm that inspires others to collaborate with you. This position demands passion; complacency leads to replacement.
β’ Approximately 3β5 years of experience in developing software products and launching initial versions that real customers utilize β experience with SMBs is a significant advantage.
β’ Naturally customer-focused, driven by instinct rather than training β you prioritize their challenges over our planned roadmap.
β’ Proficient with AI tools. You leverage these resources daily, not just for presentations, and have a keen sense of their capabilities and limitations.
β’ Experienced in conducting impactful experiments β you can articulate the hypothesis, the testing process, and the insights gained from failures.
β’ Inquisitive and unafraid to make mistakes publicly. Quick learners who pursue answers outpace those who prioritize their ego.
β’ Possess a strong intuition for product quality β you can distinguish between good and bad in minutes, not after multiple meetings.
β’ Hands-on by nature. When faced with the option of a rough prototype versus a strategic document, you choose to create the prototype.
β’ Well-versed in growth strategies and monetization principles β you understand funnels, conversion rates, pricing, and the key drivers that genuinely affect a business, rather than just focusing on metrics.
β’ Eager for the freedom to explore new initiatives and ready to act as soon as the opportunity arises.
β’ Flexible working environment
β’ Competitive compensation and stock options
β’ Professional growth and learning opportunities
β’ Health and well-being support
β’ Family-friendly culture
β’ Opportunities to give back
β’ Open communication culture
