This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify obstacles in the acquisition process through data analysis and transform them into prioritized, rapid experiments.

• Utilize AI to enhance discovery by synthesizing user signals, analyzing patterns, and developing hypotheses at a pace that exceeds traditional research cycles.

• Conduct A/B tests on pricing, conversion flows, and user experience with clear hypotheses and transparent results.

• Create automated workflows that amplify your acquisition efforts without increasing headcount.

• Define and monitor key metrics, distinguishing between those that are meaningful and those that are merely vanity metrics.

• Convert user behavior insights into product and UX strategies that enhance conversion rates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a small, agile team environment.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in roles focused on growth or acquisition.

• Proficient in integrating AI into your workflow for research, drafting, analysis, or problem-solving, and consistently seeking new methods to optimize your focus.

• Strong analytical skills: adept at extracting and interpreting your own data.

• Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, and Databriks.

• Excellent communicator with a structured approach, capable of aligning stakeholders on commercial impacts.

• Optional: a background in engineering or a strong maker mindset, fluent in engineering terminology.
