AI Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Manage client projects from start to finish across web, mobile, AI-native, and emerging product platforms.

• Convert vague briefs into organized deliverables, functional prototypes, and finalized products.

• Collaborate intimately with design and engineering leaders on the execution while confidently overseeing the delivery framework surrounding it.

• Clearly present work to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining integrity regarding scope, budget, and quality without unnecessary formality.

• Integrate AI tools and agents as a fundamental aspect of your workflow to triage, draft, prioritize, summarize, and expedite our clients' results.

• Develop, test, and maintain skills, agents, and workflows similarly to code—version them, enhance them as the team's expertise evolves, and provide genuine feedback to R&D.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project delivery at a digital product agency, studio, or consultancy, preferably in a Senior or Lead position.

• Product delivery experience at a startup, scale-up, or large enterprise is also highly valuable.

• Proven expertise in managing a project from beginning to end—prioritization, sequencing, scope, dependencies, and the artifacts that keep design and engineering processes uninterrupted.

• You don’t just utilize AI—you create with it, likely in your personal pursuits and hobbies. You’ve developed skills, agents, or automated workflows that perform real tasks independently.

• A strong inclination towards owning the outcome, not merely the plan—ensuring product, user, and technical context is maintained across the team without losing track of any threads.

• Keen judgment on what to prioritize for shipping next and what to eliminate, keeping the team focused on addressing the right problem at the right moment.

• Enthusiastic about keeping abreast of how AI is transforming product delivery, with a personal perspective on what is effective and what is not.

• Comfortable collaborating with R&D—transforming ideas and prototypes from experimentation into actionable insights that enhance the overall delivery processes within the organization.
