• Convert product features and strategies into compelling visual narratives.

• Design assets for social media platforms, presentations, landing pages, and digital marketing initiatives.

• Produce simple motion graphics and animations to enhance content, including reels, advertisements, and product showcases.

• Leverage AI-driven design tools to accelerate workflows, explore ideas broadly, and enhance creative output.

• Collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and content teams to realize concepts.

• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of a cohesive, scalable brand identity across all platforms.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a robust design portfolio featuring both static and motion projects, with an understanding of the distinction between aesthetic appeal and effectiveness.

• Has a solid grasp of design principles, branding, and digital marketing that empowers decision-making beyond mere execution.

• Is proficient in After Effects, Figma, or similar tools, capable of integrating motion seamlessly into designs.

• Utilizes AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or Runway as an integral part of the workflow rather than a one-time experiment.

• Has experience in product marketing or a closely related field, understanding the necessity of visuals that support the overall message.

• Adapts quickly to challenges and does not wait for explicit instructions, demonstrating a resourceful approach.

• Communicates effectively with product, marketing, and content teams, ensuring clarity without losing essential information.

• Views complex briefs or changing priorities as puzzles to solve rather than obstacles.

• Capable of managing several projects concurrently while delivering thoughtful and polished work.
