AI Product Engineer, Dealpump

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver product features from start to finish using AI-enhanced development tools (Claude Code, AI agents, expertise in Claude Code, etc.).

• Incorporate AI functionalities into the product (such as generation, automation, decision-making logic, and internal tools).

• Collaborate with APIs, services, and data to build scalable and dependable features.

• Consistently enhance development speed and quality through the use of AI tools, automations, and other resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust engineering experience (3-6 years as a Backend or Full-stack engineer).

• Proven track record of developing real products or systems with significant ownership.

• Practical, hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools in real-world scenarios (beyond just theoretical knowledge).

• Proficient in designing and implementing comprehensive workflows, including defining inputs, outputs, and system logic.

• Experience in integrating various external services and APIs (e.g., Notion, analytics tools, CRM, CI/CD).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities — capable of deconstructing complex challenges into manageable solutions.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguous environments with incomplete requirements.

• Skilled in quickly prototyping and refining solutions while balancing speed and quality.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with non-technical stakeholders.
