AI Product Engineer – Dealpump

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and launch product features from concept to completion utilizing AI-assisted development (including Claude Code, AI agents, and relevant skills in Claude Code).

• Incorporate AI functionalities into the product (such as generation, automation, decision-making logic, and internal tools).

• Collaborate with APIs, services, and data to establish scalable and dependable functionality.

• Focus on enhancing development speed and quality through the use of AI tools and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid engineering background with 3-6 years of experience as a Backend or Full-stack engineer.

• Proven experience in building real products or systems with a strong sense of ownership.

• Practical hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools applied in real-world scenarios (not just theoretical knowledge).

• Capacity to design and implement comprehensive workflows, including defining inputs, outputs, and system logic.

• Experience in integrating various external services and APIs (e.g., Notion, analytics tools, CRM, CI/CD).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities — capable of deconstructing complex issues into manageable solutions.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguous environments where requirements are not fully defined.

• Ability to rapidly prototype and refine solutions, balancing the need for speed with quality.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders.
