AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and launch product features from inception to delivery utilizing AI-driven development tools (Claude Code, AI agents, skills in Claude Code, etc.).

• Incorporate AI functionalities into the product, such as generation, automation, decision-making logic, and internal tools.

• Collaborate with APIs, services, and data to establish scalable and dependable functionalities.

• Continuously enhance development efficiency and quality by leveraging AI tools, automations, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid engineering background with 3-6 years of experience as a Backend or Full-stack engineer.

• Proven track record of building tangible products or systems with a strong sense of ownership.

• Practical hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools in real-world applications, not just theoretical knowledge.

• Capability to design and execute end-to-end workflows, including specifying inputs, outputs, and system logic.

• Experience in integrating various external services and APIs (e.g., Notion, analytics tools, CRM, CI/CD).

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and systems thinking skills — adept at deconstructing complex issues into organized solutions.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations without fully defined requirements.

• Ability to rapidly prototype and refine solutions, balancing speed with quality.

• Strong communication skills with a capacity to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
