This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Converts business challenges and user requirements into deployable experiences and modules that align with OKRs and ROI.
• Employs tools such as Replit, ClaudeCode, and Cursor to draft, synthesize, and assemble functional components, integration glue, and configurations without the need for traditional software development skills.
• Integrates front-end experiences with the Origami Risk platform services (including data, workflow, rules, reporting, notifications, and external connectors) using approved patterns and APIs.
• Implements SSO/OIDC/OAuth patterns, secrets management, role/permission models, data privacy, and auditability from the outset.
• Collaborates with the Architecture team to select patterns, ensure scalability and resilience, and align with reference architectures and guidelines.
• Rapidly iterates with stakeholders and users to refine prototypes into maintainable production experiences, accompanied by clear documentation and handoff plans.
• Works with QA to define acceptance criteria, test data, and automated checks (including vulnerability scans, accessibility checks, and basic UI tests).
• Designs features for telemetry (usage, performance, errors), establishes runbooks, and ensures product health metrics are accessible post-launch.
• Complies with regulatory and internal controls (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA/PHI, PCI, where applicable), data handling policies, and secure SDLC practices.
• Maintains clear specifications, PRDs-lite, architecture notes, and user-facing release notes.
• Leverages AI tools, platform capabilities, and approved patterns to efficiently assemble and deliver user experiences and integrations.
• Utilizes AI to generate code and configurations as necessary to ensure solutions meet standards and integrate seamlessly.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in product-adjacent roles, solution engineering, systems analysis, technical consulting, or platform configuration.
• Proven systems thinking ability: understanding of services architecture, APIs, authentication (OAuth/OIDC/SSO), data flows, and integration patterns.
• Practical experience in assembling solutions using low/no-code, configuration, or AI-assisted coding tools (such as Replit, ClaudeCode, Cursor, or similar).
• Strong product sense and UX empathy; capable of translating challenges into user journeys and functional user interfaces.
• Familiarity with security and privacy principles (least privilege, data minimization, PII/PHI handling, secrets management).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
