This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Transform uncertainty into actionable plans — Convert vague ideas into well-defined product concepts, workflows, and functional prototypes.
• Accelerate development using AI tools — Leverage resources such as Claude Code, Codex, and analogous processes to rapidly deliver MVPs, experiments, and production-ready components.
• Craft AI-centric products — Design experiences where AI serves as a fundamental aspect of the product rather than merely an addition.
• Create effective agent workflows — Develop systems that seamlessly integrate prompts, tools, retrieval, memory, and orchestration strategies.
• Transition from prototype to production — Recognize when a solution is “good enough” for validation and when it requires enhancement for scalability.
• Collaborate across teams — Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to address high-impact issues and expedite delivery.
• Contribute across the technology stack — Engage in frontend, backend, integrations, internal tools, and automation as necessary.
• Ensure system reliability — Implement lightweight evaluations, quality assurance checks, and monitoring for AI-driven solutions.
• Document and enhance learnings — Record insights, minimize handoff friction, and convert experiments into repeatable processes.
• Strong product intuition — You simplify complex issues, recognize user pain points, and prioritize what truly matters.
• Builder mentality — You prototype initially and refine later.
• Experience in AI-native development — Proficient with tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of AI coding agents: Task breakdown, context management, output evaluation, and iterative processes.
• Familiarity with multi-file changes, tool utilization, and workflow orchestration.
• Comprehensive understanding of agentic systems, including: Prompt design and decomposition, tool integration and context strategies, structured outputs, and failure management.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration patterns: Trade-offs between single-agent and multi-agent systems, as well as sequential, concurrent, and handoff workflows.
• Experience with API integration, tool usage, and data systems.
• Capability to transition from prototype to production with sound engineering judgment.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to contribute across various product domains.
• Flexible work arrangements
• Professional development opportunities
