AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, with 1–2 years focused on LLM-powered systems or agents deployed in production.

• Proficient in backend development using TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python, comfortable with both even if one is your primary language.

• Practical experience in building agents: utilizing multi-step tools, planning, managing memory, and recovering from errors. You have successfully deployed these agents and handled their failure modes.

• Expertise in designing skills (Markdown-based workflow encodings, Anthropic-style or similar) with a clear understanding of when to use a skill, a tool, or both.

• Familiarity with MCP: constructing servers, creating tools, and considering authentication, scoping, and observability for agentic systems.

• Strong evaluation practices: golden sets, using LLMs as judges, and regression detection.

• Proficient in SQL — capable of writing ClickHouse queries directly.

• Comfortable working with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Involved in open source projects and the developer community.
