AI Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Transform business requirements, research findings, and user needs into compelling product experiences.

• Craft user journeys, task flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and refined interfaces.

• Create high-quality UI with a keen focus on hierarchy, typography, spacing, interaction, and visual consistency.

• Integrate AI throughout the design process to expedite research synthesis, ideation, UX exploration, wireframing, prototyping, content generation, and design iteration.

• Experiment with innovative AI design tools to discover more efficient workflows.

• Rapidly transition from concepts or briefs to various design directions while maintaining design quality.

• Develop and uphold scalable design systems, components, patterns, and reusable foundations.

• Prototype AI-enhanced product experiences, including conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent workflows, recommendations, and automation.

• Collaborate closely with product, AI, automation, and engineering teams to ensure that the intended experience is preserved during implementation.

• Critically evaluate designs and continually enhance usability, clarity, and visual quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of robust product or UX design experience in both web and mobile platforms.

• A portfolio showcasing strong UX insights and a genuine appreciation for quality UI design.

• Profound understanding of design principles.

• Capability to convert ambiguous challenges into logical, usable, and visually appealing product experiences.

• High level of proficiency in Figma, including features like Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.

• Regular integration of AI into the design process.

• Experience with AI-driven design, prototyping, research, and product development tools.

• Familiarity with AI product experience concepts, including uncertainty, human oversight, explainability, automation, and conversational interaction.

• Ability to differentiate visually appealing AI-generated interfaces from those that are well-designed.

• Strong visual discernment and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently, explore multiple design avenues, and discard subpar ideas.

• Active awareness of emerging AI design capabilities and a commitment to ongoing experimentation with improved workflows.
