AI Product Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of AI-powered workflows and enhancements within designated sections of the product suite.

• Recognize obstacles faced by clients and internal teams when using the product, and prioritize what should be addressed first.

• Develop and refine AI-driven automations, tools, checks, and workflows that enhance the speed and quality of delivery.

• Convert actual client and usage challenges into tangible product enhancements, rather than mere notes, presentations, or tickets.

• Leverage AI and internal resources to analyze product performance, examine structured data, troubleshoot issues, and test concepts.

• Collaborate directly with engineers and product teammates to ensure effective changes are implemented.

• Interact with clients as necessary to grasp the underlying issues and confirm the efficacy of proposed solutions.

• Record your developments and insights so that others can utilize, enhance, and rely on them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building, automating, enhancing, or managing tangible projects, regardless of scale.

• High level of initiative: you recognize weaknesses, ambiguities, or gaps, develop insights, and take action without waiting for comprehensive instructions.

• Authentic fluency in AI that goes beyond superficial applications.

• Demonstrated use of AI to investigate, construct, automate, classify, transform, or significantly alter a workflow.

• Sufficient product acumen to discern what is important, balance user requirements with technical limitations, and prevent unnecessary complexity.

• Commitment to outcomes: you are invested in whether the solution was effective in practice, not just in completing your tasks.

• Technical insight: you wish to comprehend tools, data, permissions, dependencies, and potential failure points instead of remaining at a superficial level.

• Confidence in owning a problem from start to finish: identifying the issue, defining it, prototyping a solution, validating it, and collaborating with others to implement it.

• Strong written communication skills to ensure your work is clear, reusable, and accessible for others.

• Ability to assess standards: you can identify when something is insufficient, weak, poorly conceived, or unsatisfactory.

• Background in SaaS, product operations, technical operations, automation, or a related field.

• Familiarity with content management systems, CMS tools, sports technology products, or media workflows.

• Experience engaging with clients or working alongside client-facing teams.

• Side projects, experiments, prototypes, or examples that demonstrate your independent learning and building capabilities.
