This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Take charge of AI-driven workflows and enhancements within designated areas of the product suite.
• Recognize challenges faced by clients and internal teams while using the product, and prioritize what needs fixing first.
• Develop and refine AI-powered automations, tools, checks, and workflows that enhance delivery speed or quality.
• Convert real client and usage challenges into tangible product improvements, rather than merely creating notes, presentations, or tickets.
• Leverage AI and internal resources to analyze product behavior, examine structured data, troubleshoot issues, and test concepts.
• Collaborate directly with engineers and product colleagues to implement valuable changes.
• Interact with clients as necessary to grasp the actual problem and verify the effectiveness of a solution.
• Document your work and findings to ensure others can reuse, enhance, and trust the outcomes.
• Demonstrable experience in building, automating, improving, or managing real projects, regardless of their scale.
• High level of initiative: you identify weaknesses, ambiguities, or gaps, formulate a perspective, and drive progress without waiting for comprehensive solutions.
• Authentic fluency in AI that goes beyond basic usage.
• Adequate product discernment to determine what is significant, balance user needs with technical limitations, and avoid excessive development.
• Ownership of outcomes: you are invested in whether the solution worked in practice, not just in completing your designated tasks.
• Technical understanding: you seek to comprehend tools, data, permissions, dependencies, and potential failure points instead of remaining at a superficial level.
• Comfort in managing a problem from start to finish: identifying the issue, framing it, prototyping a solution, validating it, and collaborating with others to deliver it.
• Clear written communication skills to ensure your work is reviewable, reusable, and easily understood by others.
• Standards-driven: you can recognize when something is inadequate, fragile, lacking depth, or unsatisfactory.
• Nice to Haves: Experience in SaaS, product operations, technical operations, automation, or similar fields.
• Familiarity with content platforms, CMS tools, sports-tech products, or media workflows.
• Experience collaborating with clients or client-facing teams.
• Side projects, experiments, prototypes, or examples that illustrate your ability to learn and build independently.
• Flexible work arrangements
• Access to the latest hardware and AI tools
