AI Product Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take charge of AI-enhanced workflows and product enhancements within designated areas of the product suite.

• Detect obstacles in the way clients and internal teams utilize the product, then prioritize what should be addressed first.

• Develop and refine AI-driven automations, tools, checks, and workflows that accelerate or improve delivery.

• Convert real client and usage challenges into tangible product enhancements, rather than just notes, presentations, or tickets.

• Utilize AI and internal tools to analyze product behavior, examine structured data, troubleshoot issues, and test concepts.

• Collaborate directly with engineers and product team members to implement beneficial changes.

• Interact with clients as necessary to gain insights into the actual problem and confirm the effectiveness of a solution.

• Document your creations and insights so that others can reuse, enhance, and trust them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building, automating, improving, or managing something substantial, even if it was rudimentary.

• High initiative: you recognize weaknesses, ambiguities, or gaps, formulate a perspective, and advance matters without waiting for everything to be neatly packaged.

• Authentic AI proficiency beyond basic applications. You have leveraged AI to explore, construct, automate, classify, transform, or significantly alter a workflow.

• Sufficient product insight to determine what is important, balancing user requirements with technical limitations, and avoiding excessive development.

• Ownership of outcomes: you care about whether the solution was effective in reality, not just if your segment was completed.

• Technical inclination: you seek to understand tools, data, permissions, dependencies, and potential failure points rather than remaining at a superficial level.

• Comfort in managing a problem from start to finish: identifying the issue, framing it, prototyping a solution, validating it, and collaborating with others to implement it.

• Clear written communication to ensure your work is reviewable, reusable, and easily comprehensible for others.

• Standards: you can assess when something is inadequate, fragile, poorly thought out, or insufficiently robust.

• Nice to Haves: Experience in SaaS, product operations, technical operations, automation, or a comparable setting.

• Familiarity with content platforms, CMS tools, sports-tech products, or media workflows.

• Experience working with clients or in client-facing roles.

• Side projects, experiments, prototypes, or examples that illustrate your ability to learn and build independently.
