AI Product Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will create, specify, and develop products using an AI-first approach.

• You are responsible for the entire build process, from specification to implementation.

• You approach tasks with an AI-first, specification-first mindset, utilizing tools like Kiro and Claude to enhance every stage of product development.

• Take charge of comprehensive product design, encompassing problem definition, system behavior, and user experience.

• Produce clear, testable, implementation-ready specifications through AI-assisted workflows.

• Collaborate with the squad Architect to define APIs, data models, and interaction patterns.

• Develop functional software primarily through AI-assisted development workflows.

• Quickly prototype and validate solutions before committing to full-scale implementation.

• Work closely with the Architect on API design, data modeling, and system architecture choices.

• Coordinate with the Shipper regarding acceptance criteria, testability, and readiness for release.

• Maintain a shared understanding with squad partners through thorough specifications, documentation, and working demos.

• Leverage expertise in one or more fields such as Core Banking, Digital Banking, Lending, Payments, and Cards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product and/or engineering roles within the fintech, banking, or financial services sectors.

• Experience with core banking or digital banking platforms.

• Strong comprehension of complex, regulated environments and financial workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to design and construct systems and workflows, rather than merely defining requirements.

• Proven record of delivering functioning software, not just generating documentation.

• Strong practical development skills in front-end and/or back-end technologies.

• Ability to manage implementation from start to finish within a product domain.

• Comfortable working across the stack as needed to deliver comprehensive features.

• Bonus: Familiarity with REST APIs, data modeling, and system interactions.

• Active, hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows.

• Proven use of AI tools for specification, code generation, and iteration.

• Willingness to experiment with tools and continually enhance AI-augmented building practices.

• Comfortable operating within a specification-first, AI-first development methodology.
