AI Process Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal departments, executive assistants, and select clients.

• Analyze existing processes related to recruitment, accounting, sales, administration, and other teams.

• Detect repetitive, manual, or error-prone tasks.

• Design, develop, and implement AI automations and workflows utilizing Claude Cowork, custom skills, and integrations with current systems.

• Provide one-on-one coaching for executive assistants on utilizing AI for managing inboxes, calendars, documents, research, and follow-ups.

• Assess the impact of automation, including time saved, reduction in errors, and improved turnaround times.

• Clearly communicate results.

• Document workflows and train users to operate them autonomously.

• Continuously enhance automations as processes evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in process improvement, operations, or business analysis within back-office functions such as HR, finance, sales operations, or shared services.

• Practical experience in building AI workflows, with demonstrable examples of delivered automations.

• Proficient in process mapping.

• Lean or Six Sigma certification is advantageous.

• Proficient with spreadsheets, APIs, and no-code tools.

• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or similar languages is a plus.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a patient coaching style.

• Capability to gain the trust of non-technical personnel and promote the adoption of new working methods.

• Experience with Claude Cowork is beneficial.
