AI Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Develop the platform layer of the internally developed "Tailor Platform" and the BFF layer for individual applications.

• Design AI-specific execution models on the Core Platform.

• Create and implement an abstraction layer (Skill / Tooling) that connects LLMs with external tools.

• Design the execution, state management, and orchestration of agents.

• Provide a foundation that enables the AI product team to develop rapidly.

• Develop the Tailor Platform to shorten the development period for large enterprise business systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the design and development of AI Agents.

• Experience in the design and implementation of tools/skills called from LLMs.

• Sufficient development experience using TypeScript or similar languages.

• Experience with low-level implementations using Go or Rust (including integration with the Core Platform).

• Experience in developing runtimes, SDKs, or frameworks.

• Design experience in agent orchestration (Planning / Memory / Tooling).

• Experience in designing distributed systems.

• Experience contributing to open-source software (OSS).

• English proficiency at CEFR B1 or higher (written communication skills in English may be required depending on the role).
