AI Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of data connector and skill requests from start to finish, including intake, creation of access groups, synchronization with identity providers, registration of connectors, defining permissions per tool, testing, documentation, and final closure with the requester.

• Configure and distribute platform functionalities such as skills, plugins, agents, and connectors to the relevant target audiences.

• Make informed choices between enterprise-wide and group-specific distribution, demonstrating a clear understanding of scoping and permission management.

• Perform security and quality assessments of third-party and externally created skills, plugins, and connectors prior to their release.

• Evaluate dependencies and bundled scripts, focusing on vulnerabilities like prompt injection and data exfiltration.

• Transition from manual console configurations to automated setups, registrations, and provisioning via CI/CD pipelines and Terraform.

• Develop parameterized deployments across development, staging, and production environments.

• Collaborate with security, identity, governance, and business teams to ensure AI capabilities adhere to compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or enterprise systems administration.

• Practical experience in administering and configuring at least one of the following: Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio, or Gemini Enterprise.

• Strong understanding of identity and access management, including access groups, synchronization with identity providers (Entra ID, Okta, Google Cloud Identity), SSO, and SCIM provisioning.

• Background in configuring connectors between SaaS platforms and enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, databases, and internal APIs.

• Proficient in Terraform.

• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Cloud Build, or similar.

• Familiarity with AI-specific security vulnerabilities, including prompt injection, data exfiltration, over-permissioned tools, and supply-chain risks.

• Experience working in large enterprise environments with stringent security and compliance standards.

• Strong written communication skills and a commitment to thorough documentation.

• Experience with two or more of the three platforms is a plus.

• Exposure to the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building, deploying, or reviewing MCP servers is advantageous.

• Experience in authoring or reviewing Claude Skills/Plugins, Copilot Studio agents and plugins, or Gemini Enterprise agents is beneficial.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, TypeScript, PowerShell, or Bash is a plus.

• Familiarity with dependency scanning and code review tools like Snyk, Dependabot, and SAST is a plus.

• A background in regulated industries, particularly life sciences or healthcare, is a plus.
