AI Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance their effectiveness in utilizing AI.

• Incorporate AI throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Develop the platform layer that allows teams to deploy and manage agents securely.

• Create orchestration tools that facilitate multi-agent workflows.

• Design and maintain MCP servers, command line utilities, and prompt libraries.

• Take responsibility for the operational health, safety, and cost-effectiveness of AI systems in production.

• Implement instrumentation for AI systems to ensure comprehensive observability in Datadog.

• Construct testing frameworks for non-deterministic systems.

• Expertise in agentic system design.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.

• Strong consultative problem-solving abilities.

• Practical engineering experience in TypeScript or Python.
