• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of AI Platform Architects.

• Supervise the delivery of implementations, ensuring your team provides high-quality solutions within deadlines.

• Offer technical direction, ensuring architecture adheres to best practices and scales efficiently.

• Promote operational excellence by optimizing project planning, documentation, testing, and collaboration.

• Serve as an escalation point for intricate implementations.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to enhance the platform and prioritize the roadmap.

• Encourage team learning and innovation, fostering the sharing of best practices and the use of advanced AI techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software or healthcare technology.

• 3-5 years of experience in managing technical teams.

• Experience in implementation, solution architecture, or systems integration, ideally in AI or low-code settings.

• Demonstrated capability to lead complex projects and customer interactions from inception to completion.

• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation frameworks is a significant advantage.

• Understanding of health system technologies such as EHRs, CRMs, or care coordination tools is beneficial.

• Openness to travel up to 40% for client and internal engagements.
