AI Platform Analyst

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a client support experience that is agentic-enabled from the initial contact to resolution, ensuring that every interaction embodies Titan's high standards of excellence.

• Enhance client engagement with the Titan platform by providing hands-on support in areas such as prompting, workflows, and development of use cases.

• Convert client feedback into organized, high-impact insights for Titan's Product and Engineering teams.

• Thoroughly investigate platform issues with diligence, exploring all resolution avenues prior to escalating to Engineering, Product, or Forward Deployed Engineering.

• Cultivate keen pattern recognition in incoming requests, identifying gaps in user education, product limitations, and technical challenges in real-time.

• Create and consistently enhance a dynamic knowledge base that empowers the entire team to work more efficiently over time.

• Ensure consistent visibility across all client communication channels, guaranteeing that no client feels overlooked.

• Collaborate with Client Partners and Forward Deployed Engineers to facilitate seamless transitions and a cohesive client experience.

• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field).

• Basic technical skills coupled with a strong interest in AI platforms and their functionalities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling you to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

• High degree of initiative and a strong sense of ownership—proactively seeking solutions without needing direction.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in banking or fintech is a plus.
