This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the operational execution of AI learning tool pilot programs in various countries, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and interdependencies.
• Proactively engage with country teams to verify readiness, monitor launch progress, and confirm pilot completions.
• Detect risks, delays, or obstacles early and escalate as necessary to maintain pilot schedules.
• Serve as the main operational contact for country delivery, instructional, and operational teams during the AI tool pilot phase.
• Assist country teams in converting pilot plans into everyday operational realities, ensuring consistent implementation while considering local contexts and limitations.
• Provide direct operational support when needed, particularly in facilitating the integration of tools into live programs.
• Aid in the onboarding and enablement of AI tools for instructors, delivery teams, and country leaders.
• Distribute onboarding materials, guidance, and training resources created by the central team.
• Ensure accurate and timely gathering of necessary pilot data from all participating countries.
• Follow up with country teams to monitor data input completion and adherence to established evidence and reporting standards.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking of pilot status, readiness, adoption, issues, and completions, providing regular operational updates to central stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project or program management, with clear responsibility for meeting delivery timelines, follow-up, and execution.
• At least 3 years’ experience managing training programs, including both online and in-person delivery, while collaborating closely with instructional or delivery teams.
• 1-2 years’ experience with AI tools or AI-enabled processes, with a solid understanding of their integration into operational workflows and live learning settings.
• Strong experience in coordinating among multiple stakeholders, including country teams and central functions, emphasizing delivery discipline and follow-through.
• Availability to work hours overlapping with CET for at least 4 hours.
• Multilingual abilities, ideally in English, Hindi, and/or Tamil, to facilitate engagement with local teams in India.
