This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create a high volume of advertising creatives (including static, video, and copy) utilizing AI tools from start to finish — from initial concept to final asset.
• Design and uphold repeatable AI workflows for swift creative testing and refinement.
• Remain at the forefront of AI creative tools and integrate new capabilities into the team's toolkit as they become available.
• Initiate, oversee, and enhance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
• Establish and execute structured creative tests (covering copy, hooks, formats, and audiences).
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and assist with budget management and pacing to achieve acquisition and efficiency objectives.
• Track and report on essential metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and creative success rates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that highlight actionable insights.
• Recognize trends in creative and audience performance to guide strategic decisions.
• Convert data into clear recommendations for the team.
• Support landing page copy and creative for conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments.
• Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure that ad creatives align with brand identity while being optimized for performance.
• Assist in scoping and quality assurance for new tracking implementations and attribution setups.
• Document processes and playbooks to enable team scalability.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in performance marketing (either in an agency or in-house setting).
• Proficiency with AI tools for content and creative production (such as Higgsfield, Runway, Claude, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Kling, or similar).
• Practical experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and/or Google platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities — comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and advertising platforms.
• A proactive attitude: you move quickly to ship, learn, and iterate.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• High level of agency, a strong sense of ownership, and a genuine enthusiasm for AI as a creative enhancer.
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector, marketplaces, or regulated industries.
• Experience with CRO, landing page optimization, or conversion tracking.
