📋 Description

• Coordinates workflows between personnel and agents, ensuring adherence to compliance, collaboration, and optimization of the SDLC.

• Maps the value stream, oversees dependencies, and maintains the health of workflows.

• Guarantees the quality and implementation of test scenarios along with potential workflow automations.

• Leads and motivates the squad, cultivating a collaborative and inspiring environment.

• Establishes goals and monitors team progress through operational and product metrics.

• Oversees risk management.

• Advocates for agile principles and practices, effective collaboration, and the development of high-performing self-organizing teams.

• Facilitates team advancement and eliminates obstacles.

• Acts as the primary communication point with the Product Owner, ensuring alignment of decisions and activities.

• Identifies bottlenecks in the development cycle and spearheads action plans to minimize lead time utilizing agents.

• Ensures that AI practices enhance delivery speed without sacrificing quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and agent development as applied to the development workflow.

• Expertise in Spec-Driven Development (SDD).

• Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
