AI Ops Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain OpenClaw (and other agentic) skills and workflows throughout the GTM organization.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success/Account Management, and Partnerships to identify high-impact tasks suitable for automation, and implement those solutions.

• Integrate agents into the existing tools utilized by GTM—linking APIs, data sources, and third-party services.

• Rapidly prototype solutions, present them to actual users, and refine based on their feedback.

• Take ownership of reliability: when an agent workflow encounters issues, you will troubleshoot and resolve them.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience—recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply!

• Relevant hands-on experience with OpenClaw or agentic tools (such as Hermes Agent, LangChain, AutoGPT, and custom LLM/API projects) is essential.

• A proactive attitude—a self-starter who doesn’t wait for directions on what to create.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both executives and GTM teams effectively.

• A GitHub profile that showcases more green contributions than black.
