AI Operations Technical Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a centralized monitoring platform that consolidates alerts across Network, Compute, Storage, Virtualization, and Product/Application environments.

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate alert severity, scope, and impact on the business.

• Detect false positives, duplicates, and irrelevant alerts through correlation analysis.

• Inform and engage relevant IT on-call teams for the investigation and resolution of incidents.

• Collaborate with Major Incident Management (MIM) teams during critical incidents.

• Ensure prompt communication with affected Client Business Units (CBUs).

• Keep detailed incident logs, timelines, and records of actions taken.

• Assist in the enhancement of runbooks, playbooks, and potential automation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Up to 0.5 years of professional experience in IT Operations, NOC, Monitoring roles, or similar fields.

• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring/observability tools (e.g., SCOM, SolarWinds, etc.).

• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching).

• Knowledge of compute, storage, and virtualization platforms.

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).

• Fundamental scripting or automation skills (Python, PowerShell).
