📋 Description

• Spearhead the intelligent evolution of operations support.

• Oversee and engage in high-impact data and AI projects.

• Create and implement scalable features powered by AI.

• Keep abreast of the latest AIOps tools and developments.

• Direct the architecture of internal AIOps systems.

• Work collaboratively with operations support leaders and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in operations support.

• Strong foundation in data engineering, AI/ML, or technology related to operations support.

• Demonstrated success with AI/ML/data solutions.

• Practical experience with Python, Spark, Kafka, etc.

• Extensive knowledge of AIOps methodologies.

• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change).

• Experience with GenAI/LLM applications in operations.
