This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Keep an updated inventory of all AI tools utilized within the field organization, identifying overlaps or redundancies, and aiding consolidation efforts to minimize tool sprawl.
• Establish a library of use cases that have been adopted and requested by the field for our AI tools, in collaboration with the AI Transformation Owner and CRO.
• Track the usage of AI tools across various teams, create straightforward reports to monitor adoption trends, and alert stakeholders on tools that are underutilized or not performing well.
• Compose internal communications for tool launches and develop micro-enablement programs to engage the field with AI tools.
• Manage the intake and processing of access requests for AI tools, ensuring that provisioning is timely, accurate, and complies with licensing and approval protocols.
• Assist in organizing, maintaining quality, and ensuring the hygiene of data utilized by or produced from AI tools, collaborating with relevant teams to keep Google Drive and datasets accurate and well-maintained.
• Some experience in enablement, sales/business operations, IT operations, or a similar role that involves significant coordination; comfortable managing recurring operational processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to track multiple tools, requests, and datasets concurrently without overlooking any details.
• A genuine interest in AI tools and platforms, with a willingness to understand the technical fundamentals of how they are configured, accessed, and maintained. Serve as an advocate for AI adoption and best practices in the field.
• Proficient in following and enhancing established processes (such as intake forms, access workflows, and tracking dashboards) instead of needing to devise strategies from the ground up.
• Capable of collaborating with enablement, IT, and field stakeholders to gather requirements and efficiently resolve access or data-related issues.
• Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple data tools to monitor utilization and maintain data integrity.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment, heavily relying on transparency and collaboration as defined in the GitLab Handbook.
