AI Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.

📋 Description

• Assume operational responsibility for the configuration, reliability, and technical standards of Storm's AI tools and platforms.

• Oversee the AI Operations team's technical response to changes in AI tools, platforms, or their underlying capabilities.

• Establish and maintain technical operational standards for AI tools within the scope of the AI Operations team.

• Enhance transparency regarding AI tool configuration, AI platform usage, access administration, and operational performance.

• Identify weak, unstable, or high-friction operations within AI tooling, develop sustainable technical solutions, and ensure their scalability.

• Provide leadership with clearer insights into the reliability of the AI tooling stack, its vulnerabilities, and any forthcoming necessary changes to tools or platforms.

• Proven experience in the operational management of technical platforms, particularly AI tools or platforms.

• Strong sense of agency and accountability for technical operational results.

• Ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• Competence in prioritizing challenging trade-offs on a technical platform stack and taking decisive action.

• Capability to drive technical operational enhancements to fruition, rather than merely proposing them.

• Effective, direct technical communication skills, with the confidence to uphold technical standards.

• Genuine expertise in AI tools and platforms.

• Strong technical proficiency in AI platforms.
