AI Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration of the company's enterprise AI platforms - including Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and any new tools that are adopted - focusing on provisioning, access, RBAC, usage governance, and billing, while automating these processes over time.

• Ensure the SVP of Innovation remains organized and on track by managing prioritization, preparation, and follow-through, preventing any potential oversights.

• Manage the weekly operating rhythm of the Innovation team, ensuring the roadmap is consistently updated and reliable.

• Compile a weekly AI intelligence report that highlights emerging trends and suggests tests for the team to explore.

• Contribute a strategic perspective during discussions and develop into a credible strategic voice for the team.

• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department's objectives.

• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience; seeking an early-career individual with a strong potential for growth and quick learning abilities.

• AI-savvy - you regularly use Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini and possess a genuine understanding of their capabilities and limitations. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

• An effective organizer who transforms chaos into clarity and completes tasks without needing reminders.

• A skilled writer and systems thinker who maintains a distinct perspective.

• Comfortable being the least experienced member in the room while still contributing valuable insights.

• Significant daily overlap with U.S. Pacific time zones (preferably from LATAM); remote work is available, welcoming international applicants.

• Bonus: Experience in creating something with AI - whether it be an agent, a workflow, or a completed side project.
