📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable systems and tools — such as data processing pipelines, automation workflows, and AI-driven quality control solutions — collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions for real operational challenges.

• Create and enhance scalable processes aimed at improving customer support and value delivery.

• Lead the execution of multiple concurrent cross-functional projects, establishing timelines and managing deadlines effectively.

• Engage with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in Computer Science, engineering, or another quantitative discipline is preferred.

• Practical coding experience (Python or similar) and the ability to build tools and systems from the ground up — focusing not only on scripting but on creating solutions to real operational issues.

• A demonstrated ability to navigate uncertainty and execute complex, cross-functional projects in a high-performance setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to influence without formal authority and foster cross-organizational alignment.

• Comfortable making trade-offs, prioritizing competing demands, and being open to changing your perspective.

• A keen interest in AI systems — direct experience with AI/ML is valued but not mandatory.
