This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Process Automation & AI Implementation: Recognizing, designing, and executing automation opportunities through AI tools, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) to enhance workflows. Identifying bottlenecks in processes and applying practical solutions.

• AI Tool Optimization: Actively overseeing the automation and AI landscape, generating structured evaluations for new tools, and guiding stakeholder consensus for the adoption or discontinuation of tools, taking responsibility for the results of these decisions. Monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing the existing AI toolchain to ensure data governance and ongoing performance improvements.

• Risk Management: Utilizing AI for proactive, predictive maintenance and risk evaluation to avert operational failures, focusing primarily on Finance, Human Resources, and Operations.

• Performance Tracking (ROI): Establishing and tracking key metrics (e.g., efficiency improvements, reduction in manual tasks) to assess the success of automated solutions.

• Information-security projects and audits: Implementing technical solutions that bolster our security posture and support ISO 27001/SOC 2 or other audits.

• Data integrity, backups, and availability: Scheduling and monitoring system exports, snapshots, and core IT backups; managing retention policies to ensure data completeness and recoverability.

• User support, training, and documentation: Resolving finance system issues, maintaining runbooks, and providing regular training sessions to all Operations teams and other stakeholders on system usage and security best practices.

• Collaborating and mentoring the HRIS Manager who is responsible for the HR systems/tech stack in identifying and implementing automation opportunities and AI applications to enhance efficiencies, always considering the employee experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education and Certifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Informatics, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) and/or NetSuite credentials (SuiteFoundation, Administrator) are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Overall Experience: At least 6+ years of experience in finance or HR/people operations, or workflow automation in operations/back office departments within fast-paced companies, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Claude Code is required, with familiarity in SuiteScript/workflow configuration or JavaScript. Knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.

• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel modeling and the capability to transition those processes.

• Familiarity with good coding practices, such as version control, structured error handling, workflow testing, release notes, and strong command of Git.

• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations.

• A minimum of 3 years working with NetSuite OneWorld (or a comparable ERP) in a multi-entity, multi-currency setup; hands-on experience with at least one satellite tool (Sigma, Spiff, Yokoy, Deel, etc.).

• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems (BambooHR, Greenhouse, and similar).

• Good working knowledge of N8N, Zapier, Celigo, and familiarity with Sigma or similar BI visualization tools.

• Excellent and practical decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate multiple options and identify the best choice to achieve a specified goal.

• Strong English communication and writing skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
