AI Operations Analyst – Global, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for client teams.

• Identify the actual needs of the client and determine the appropriate response.

• Utilize Notion, Linear, Slack, Google Workspace, Claude, Fireflies, and other tools to implement solutions.

• Analyze disorganized material, extract the underlying structure, and create summaries, decision logs, or procedures.

• Maintain an organized, up-to-date, and reliable institutional memory layer for each client.

• Review AI-generated outputs and offer necessary corrections.

• Develop procedures and reference materials tailored for the client's team.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and optimize structures.
