This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Collaborate Closely with Teams: Participate in departmental meetings to learn their specific workflows, objectives, and the tools they utilize daily.
• Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Act as the primary contact when AI tools malfunction. Investigate problems, determine their causes, and offer effective solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Regularly review AI-generated outputs (such as call summaries or customer replies) to confirm the information is accurate, adheres to company policies, and conveys the appropriate tone.
• Monitor Progress: Create and maintain straightforward dashboards that display AI performance, assisting leadership in making informed decisions based on real-time data.
• Enhance Processes: By observing AI integration within departments, identify operational challenges and workflow inefficiencies, offering data-driven suggestions to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
• Conduct Quality Reviews: Examine AI outputs to identify "hallucinations" or instances where the AI has misinterpreted context.
• Issue Tracking: Classify errors to distinguish whether they stem from software bugs, process deficiencies, or a need for enhanced training.
• Provide Insights: Convert your daily observations into concise summaries for leadership, highlighting what is effective and what requires adjustment.
• Assist Team Members: Identify areas where employees struggle with new tools and aid in updating training materials to enhance their usefulness.
• Interest in AI: Must be comfortable using tools like Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT in both personal and professional contexts.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Enjoys 'investigative work'—discovering the root causes of process failures and determining solutions.
• 'Translator' Skill: Ability to articulate technical issues in simple terms for individuals who may be busy, frustrated, or not technologically inclined.
