AI Online Learning Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the investigation into how AI technologies can enhance the experiences of both learners and instructors across various programs and regions.

• Redesign online delivery frameworks, assessing what effective synchronous and asynchronous learning entails in diverse professions and sectors.

• Pinpoint stages in the learner journey that can operate independently of instructor involvement while maintaining impactful, human-centered interactions.

• Create comprehensive maps of learner and instructor journeys to identify areas where AI tools can aid or replace instructional efforts without diminishing learning quality.

• Automate specific actions within the instructor journey as needed, minimizing repetitive or low-impact instructional tasks.

• Collaborate with local and regional teams to determine which programs, cohorts, or markets are most conducive to AI-led or AI-supported delivery methods.

• Ensure that local delivery limitations, learner requirements, and operational realities are taken into account during opportunity identification and solution development.

• Establish clear problem statements and success metrics that align with Generation’s existing AI pilot framework, emphasizing scalable learning quality, reduced dependency on synchronous instruction, learner engagement, and early intervention strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and delivering online or blended learning.

• At least 5 years of experience implementing digital learning tools across multiple countries.

• 1–2 years of experience with AI tools, AI-enabled processes, or AI experimentation.

• Availability to work hours that overlap with CET by at least 4 hours.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
