• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in modern software development.

• Language proficiency: A minimum of 3 years of experience in modern software development.

• Soft skills: Capability to quickly learn new technologies and address intricate business challenges.

• Consulting experience along with strong communication abilities.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, enabling effective work within multidisciplinary teams.

• A leadership-oriented mindset, capable of taking ownership of solutions, mentoring colleagues, driving technical decisions, and influencing project results.

• Technical skills: Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI or AWS.
