This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Transform business opportunities, customer feedback, market insights, and operational challenges into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and scalable solution concepts.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure effective product delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Prioritize projects based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, strategic importance, and opportunities enabled by AI, while balancing short-term execution with a long-term product vision.
• Validate product decisions through customer interviews, usage analytics, experimentation, market research, and performance metrics to continuously enhance outcomes.
• Track product performance, adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency to identify areas for improvement and ensure measurable business results.
• Utilize systems thinking in product and operational decisions by recognizing how changes affect the broader ecosystem, workflows, incentives, and long-term business performance.
• Showcase strong product taste by pinpointing customer needs, market opportunities, and potential product enhancements that may not be immediately evident through data alone.
• Work with a high level of ownership, adaptability, and curiosity, proactively engaging with new domains, technologies, and workflows essential to the mission.
• Promote an AI-first product culture by identifying opportunities to integrate AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to enhance internal productivity and customer-facing experiences.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted tools and productivity platforms (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Notion AI, or similar solutions) to expedite product discovery, prototyping, analysis, documentation, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
• Continuously seek out and adopt new AI capabilities independently, integrating them into daily workflows without the need for formal training or enablement.
• A strong customer-centric mindset with demonstrated skills in problem-solving, ownership, and generating measurable business impact.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity, make clear decisions amidst uncertainty, and balance short-term execution with long-term strategic objectives.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to leverage customer feedback, usage data, market insights, and experimentation to inform product decisions and assess success.
• Experience working collaboratively across Engineering, Design, Data, and commercial teams in agile product development settings.
• Proven track record in Product Management, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Strong product taste and judgment, with the capacity to anticipate customer and market responses beyond the immediate or obvious signals.
• A systems thinking approach with the ability to comprehend second-order effects, operational dependencies, and the long-term ecosystem impacts of product decisions.
• A generalist mindset coupled with a strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to swiftly gain expertise across new domains, technologies, and business challenges.
• An AI-first mentality, demonstrating the ability to utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance execution speed, quality, learning, creativity, and decision-making.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools and modern productivity platforms such as Cursor, Claude Code, Notion AI, or similar solutions in everyday workflows.
• A self-directed learner who actively experiments with and adopts emerging AI technologies without dependence on formal company training or structured guidance.
